Did you know that Ginger-ale soda at one time had actual ginger
(root/spice) in it? This is why we used to be instructed to drink Ginger-ale to calm an upset stomach. It wasn’t the
bubbles – it was the ginger!!
Ginger is just as effective today but skip the ginger-ale
and chew on a piece of ginger root (watch out though – it’s spicy stuff!) or take a drop or two of pure ginger
essential oil on your tongue.
Ginger essential oil is readily
available at most health food stores. You can always contact us for it or try our "Stomach-Ease" blend. If worst comes to worst, use your ground ginger in your spice cabinet. Anything to tame that rumbly tummy!
