This may sound like an unbelievable statement, but at its core is this: if you give your body what it needs, it can better handle the things you give it that it doesn't need. The nutrition info on these pages will help you make good decisions about living healthier.

First and foremost, the Bible makes it clear what things God provided and intended to be used for our food and nourishment.

Our bodies are amazing in their ability to regenerate cells, blood, even some organs if given the right basic nutrition building blocks.  These building blocks are nutrients, otherwise known as vitamins, minerals, amino acids (protein), and fatty acids (the good, essential fats every-body needs).

The human body needs over 90 nutrients EVERYDAY to repair itself, make new cells and function properly: 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids and 3 fatty acids. 90 nutrients!

Let this fact sink in. How many of the 90 did you get today? How about yesterday or all last week? If the answer isn't 90 EVERY DAY then your body is running off of a deficit.  It's having to make due, or pull from your bones and muscles, or tap into reserves that were intended to sustain you past 100 years old (but we're using them up in our 30's so when 40 hits and we start to breakdown we say it's normal!). I can't stress enough that God intended and made provision for our bodies to last—in good health and strength—well into our 100's.  One of the things we MUST do to achieve this is get our 90 nutrients EVERY DAY. Learn more about what those 90 nutrients are in one of our healthy living tips.

So you ask, can't we just eat our apple-a-day and grab some veggies and be OK?

Did you know...

  • Our farmlands have been depleted of essential minerals. This is according to U.S. Senate Document #264, which dates back to 1936. !
  • There is no such thing as "Eating Right". If the minerals aren't in the soil where the food is grown, they are not in our foods. So, any food grown on our farmlands since 1936 are lacking essential minerals!
  • Our bodies need no less than 90 essential nutrients, and there are as many as 10 deficiency diseases that can result for each nutrient that is missing for any length of time. This is a total of up to 900 diseases that can be prevented with proper nutrition.

  • Many major diseases have been eliminated in the livestock industry years ago by simple inexpensive nutritional supplementation.

Now, if we all ate only fresh, organic raw foods (with an emphasis on superfoods) perhaps we wouldn't need to supplement. But let's face it, most of us just don't eat that way! Because of this, just to get your basic nutrition, everyone on the traditional American diet absolutely needs a good vitamin. STEP TWO:

STEP THREE: 

Once you've decided on a path to your better health, we recommend you start the process of changing your entire lifestyle into a healthier one.  This entails:

  • Clean air & water: Whether you fit your home with a complete home filtration system or just start with a water cooler and purified bottled water, or a filter for your tap, clean water is a must. Did you know that the primary way for unwanted chlorine to get in your system is not from drinking water but from your SHOWER?!     Now that you have clean water, stop pollutants and germs ready to infect you from the air.
