As Breast Cancer Awareness
Month comes to a close, this disease and the people who fight it live on. So must our awareness and our commitment to continue
fighting.
Let
me close out the month with the following thought for your consideration:
· Women AND men have breasts! Monthly self
breast exams familiarize you with your own breasts which helps you find lumps, abnormalities and other potential problems
early. It does not, however, prevent breast cancer.
· Screening tools like mammograms help tremendously with early detection
and can often be free! They do not prevent breast cancer.
· Treatment methods and advances in medicines
have come a long way in the fight against breast cancer. But, they do not prevent breast cancer.
There ARE things you can do naturally
to help PREVENT breast cancer. They all start with education and information – “My people are destroyed from lack
of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6).
This week’s tip is to encourage you to take advantage of every opportunity to learn more about natural health
and healing. And here’s a great chance: Join our FREE “Straight Talk” health presentation
classes!
Class Participants (I repeat
- enrolled class participants ONLY) receive:
· Two hours of training every week on various health topics (current
topic: the digestive and intestinal systems)
· Answers to their specific health questions
·
Class
handouts including charts, pictures and a weekly self test (this week’s handouts were 6 pages!)
·
Detailed
class notes following each class (FOR THIS WEEK ONLY, non-participants can click here to view the class notes)
· A take home CD, DVD or book excerpt on an exciting and pertinent health topic to
discuss at the next class and on an online blog.
· Healthy cooking recipes to take home AND sample at the class
Not only are classes FREE, but you can attend
in person or through correspondence - so there’s no excuse!
In person classes are held
every Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. in St. Louis, MO. The next class will be held this Saturday November 1, and
we will continue our vigorous discussion about the digestive system and hopefully move on to the intestinal system. For this
week only, everyone has access to last Saturday’s notes but beginning with this Saturday’s class, only enrolled participants will have access to notes, handouts, recipes and
the featured CD/DVD/book excerpts.
So enroll today! (this past Saturday's attendees need not enroll)
Classes are fun, free and filled with lively discussion as well as valuable information. Contact us today with any questions or for more information.
