What can do all of this? FOOD
ENZYMES!! And the great thing is that their widely available at health food stores or even your friendly neighborhood
Wal-Mart.
Taking food enzymes for better health was one of the first things we learned and is still the single
most important thing anyone can do for longer life.
"Why" you say?
Because enzymes fuel EVERY
chemical action and reaction that occurs in your body. We're talking about literally trillions upon trillions of
chemical activities taking place in your body RIGHT NOW! None would occur without enzymes.
All life (plant
or animal) requires enzymes to continue living. Enzymes mean life. Enzymes are life. Whenever you
talk about your body doing something, anything, no matter what, that has anything whatsoever to do with the building, repairing
or maintaining of any part of your body, inside or out, enzymes are invovled. Without them, nothing would get done;
life would cease to exist.
The living body is under a great burden every day to produce the volume of enzymes
necessary to run efficiently. So what does this have to do with Thanksgiving and pigging out?
Well, there
are three kinds of enzymes to be aware of:
- Metabollic Enzymes: these are power-packed dynamos continually at work allowing you to swallow,
blink, circulate blood, breathe! Every function of the body is entirely dependent on metabolic enzymes.
- Digestive
Enzymes: these are required to perform the process of digestion of food in the stomach. Did you know that the
process of digestion requires a HUGE amount of energy, in fact more than for anything else you do? IN FACT, the entire process
of digestion will require more energy in your lifetime than all other uses of energy (running, exercising, even giving
birth) combined! Why do you think you get so tired after that big Thanksgiving meal?
- Food Enzymes:
All living food (raw food that has grown out of the ground) as part of God's grand scheme of things, contains in it all
the necessary enzymes to break it down in the body for digestion.
If you learn nothing else from this week's tip, remember these 4 points:
- Far less heat than is
required to cook food entirely obliterates ALL food enzymes. Yes, when you cook your food, the enzymes necessary to break
down that food in your body are destroyed. Not some, but ALL of them.
- Getting rid of food in your stomach
is priority Numero Uno for your body (so much so that your body will put all its energy toward this end even if it means putting
you to sleep) BUT since the food has been cooked, the enzymes that would have done that job are gone.
- At
this crucial moment, the wisdom and intelligence of the body snaps into action and calls upon the mechanism in the body that
produces metabolic enzymes and forces it to produce the digestive enzymes necessary to digest the food.
NOW
HOLD ON TO YOUR HAT (drum roll please...)
- There is a finite number of metabolic enzymes that can be produced by your body! Please understand EXACTLY what
I am saying: your body can produce a certain number of metabolic enzymes, and no more! You can, you will, run
out of them! When that happens, you die, end of story, yes I'm serious.
So guess what happens when you eat
something cooked and force your metabolic enzyme mechanism to produce digestive enzymes? You literally invite ill health and
shorten your life! You rob unnecessarily from the very mechanism that determines how long and how well you will live. Ant
that has to be the last thing on earth you would ever want to intentionally do.
So THAT's why we recommend
you take live food enzymes. As renowned health guru and author Harvey Diamond puts in his book Fit For Life: A New Beginning,
"No matter where I am, no matter who I'm with, no matter what I'm doing, I always carry them with
me and take them before eating any cooked food. At this point in my life, I would just as soon pass on eating than to
eat something cooked without my enzymes. I'm serious. Allow me to ask you a question. Would there by any possibility at
all, any, of you going to the bank on a regular basis, taking out your hard-earned cash, and then using it as toilet
paper? Any chance at all? Can you even think of anything that would be more absurd and ridiculous? No? Well, I can. I can
think of one thing more preposterous than using your cash as toilet paper and that would be using up the metabolic enzymes
in your body that keep you healthy and alive, in order to digest cooked food that you could have taken live plant enzymes
for."
So get some enzymes! Do it
now, do not pass GO, do not collect $200, do not wait until Thanksgiving Day when the stores are closed. As I
mentioned, a variety of enzyme products are available just about everywhere now. You can also contact us with any questions or for recommendations.
As always, we wish
you good health and Happy Thanksgiving!
